I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bad Target or awhile in PA.nThis location was very convenient for us since we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express or our cousins wedding.nLocation was very easy.nStaff was nice but there wasn’t a lot roaming around.nCustomer service area wasn’t very big but maybe they don’t have a lot of returns like in other locations.nCleanliness was very good. The clothing aisle was well kept.nPrices are standard.nOverall, it was the standard nice shopping experience.
Gotta say, I love the Target in Hanover, gotta give a shout-out to Joe R the cart guy!!! The CVS inside is amazing, they are EXTREMELY efficient and friendly! My family switched all of their prescriptions to that location from a competitor.
Yesterday I was sold what was SUPPOSED to be brand new AirPods but were actually a USED dirty pair of AirPods. Apparently the serial numbers didn’t match the receipt and turned out to be a scam by the target employee that sold it to me. I went back for a resolution and all I got was attitude from an overly dismissive and prejudice associate.nnCorporate was informed and will be opening an investigation in to this extremely inconvenient offense.
It is as expected. Target-y. The online-in store pick up was ready quite quickly and the staff were, as always friendly, ready AND willing to help.
I love this Target. They always have what I need with great service and prices. One of the few physical stores I still bother to shop.
