We rented a bounce house and ball pit for my daughters birthday and everything was great! We ran into some issues about if the bounce house initially rented would fit the venue and the owners were so accommodating! Excellent customer service all around from the initial contact to packing everything up, it was great! 10/10 recommend!
We rented a ball pit from Sweet Bounce House and I literally could not give a high enough review for them. They were so easy to communicate with, professional, and the set up and break down was all done by them which is so helpful. I was able to rent the ball pit for the entire day and the price was so affordable and close to a bounce house rental fee (and honestly, way better than a bounce house). I was also able to throw in a few colors (aside from the standard white and clear balls they provide) to match my daughters theme. Seriously, I can’t praise them enough!
Bounce house was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s thirteenth birthday! The bounces houses are perfectly aesthetic to decorate for any occasion! The process from start to finish was easy and convenient. We will definitely reach out to Sweet Bounce House for our future occasions!
We absolutely loved doing the indoor ballpit for our sons first birthday party. It was a huge hit with all the kids which was a wide range of ages. They had a blast and Stephanie and her team were soooo easy work with. We could not be happier and would absolutely use them again in the future
