So has most of everyone has seen my last review for this Surge Trampoline park in Opelika Al the one that has the nicest GM Named Shannon.nthat I have ever talked to since we moved to Al she was so kind and understanding when I talked to her she did give me some of my moneys back witch is what I wanted due to the fact that I couldn’t have fun with the kids due to my healthnShannon the GM did inform me that the employees on duty would be dealt with as needed but I wanted to make this review and statement for everyone including the HQ for Surge Adventure parks let them know that Shannon at this location does try her best to make us customers happy like she said.” She can not be there for all hours of operation “ that her managers on duty need to be more educated and knowledgeable that she is currently working with them onnThanks again Shannon you are the Bomb diggty

Fun spot for kids to burn off energy. Loved seeing our niece and nephew bounce around the room and laugh.nThe one thing that we were not overly impressed by, was the dodgeball area. The staff members that were monitoring this area seem to enjoy aligning with the larger kids as they all picked on the smaller kids. We suggest possibly mixing up the teams next time so that all the younger kids don't get pummeled by the larger teenagers and adults.nnVideo games were a fun add-on and This would be a great spot for birthdays.
Surge Adventure Park is a really exhilarating experience! Make sure you’re rested before you go because it is nonstop fun. There is space for you to have parties or just stop by to bounce around, literally. The back section is a series of trampolines embedded in the floor for you to run, bounce, jump, and flip. You can take a break from all the excitement by sitting in a massage chair or playing arcade-style video games. Kids love coming to the Surge Adventure Park and adults can too. The actual jump park portion was ok, nothing special. The 1 star rating was how the staff handled, or completely didn’t handle, the arcade machines eating coins and not functioning. When informed that every single arcade machine ( that was powered on, half of them were broken ) had eaten several dollars in tokens, they said that there was nothing they could do. Wouldn’t even offer to replace the tokens or the money used to purchase them.
So much fun! If you have tiny humans with an abundance of energy then come on down and let them run, bounce, and laugh it all away.nThe day we went out was a bit understaffed, but we'll just chalk that one up to COVID. The ones I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They're is a snack bar here, but I'd suggest eating elsewhere
