Surge Adventure Park Reviews
The staff was very polite. My kids enjoyed everything! From when we walked in till we left, everything was great. We were welcomed by a very polite associate getting us started. The kids played in the arcade after bouncing around and the lady cashing out our tickets was very polite and patient. My son couldn't make up his mind and she didn't push for him to hurry. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will make the hour drive to return again. Thank you.
Not worth 17.99 for a variety of reasons.nn1. They dont open any attractions that require the harness. they always say they are closed... i.e. the rubiks cube, the stairs that go up, both rock walls. See attached photos.nn2. They have multiple events closed and roped off... have been for months. Once again, paying for an experience not available. See photos below.nn3. The workers never wanna assist, especially with the swing, and obvioulsy the harness for the climbing wallsnnSave your money, go somewhere else
We went on Tuesday morning at 11am. Which is a great price and parents can jump for $2. The place was clean and the staff was great. Luis who was fantastic was extremely helpful. We took our daughter for her 6th birthday and he helped in every way even when the arcade card loader was messed up. He called the company and reset the machine. Luis was fantastic and I will return because of him. Thank Luis.
Under 2 should be free or cheaper. They don't even know how to jump yet. Sometimes they charge for them and sometimes they don't. Also the toddler zone should be better monitored so bigger kids don't go.
The kids love going to this place. In fact we even had one of their birthday parties here. Last night the kids wanted to go there. My 4 year old even told me he was going to try the money bar swing where he holds on to the bar and swings until he drops in the foam pit. When we got there the swing was closed because they didn't have enough staff. When I told the staff about my son and how he really wanted to try it, Damien a worker who was off work overheard the conversation and gracious volunteered to come to that area to help. He had to go retrieve the stick that they used and then he came back to the area to offer his help. I want to give a big shout out to Damien who went the extra mile even when he didn't have to. It's workers like these that can change the world. Because of him, my son got to face his fear and try the monkey bar. I watched the fear fade from my son's mind and saw his confidence rise after he did it. I watched as my son asking to do it again. The joy I felt was overwhelming. I cannot thank Damien enough for this great experience.
