It is the BEST place to plan a party! They are soooo helpful and kind, they check on you consistently and answer questions quickly. They are hands on and ready to help at any moment, if you forget something, good chance they have it and will let you use it/barrow it! All employees are amazing and helped, not just our party crew member. And a BIG SHOUT OUT to JaMya, she was the absolute best, good spirit, helpful, welcoming, and she calmed me down so much when I was stressed (it was my first time planning a party), I’ll ask for her by name next time we book! Don’t sleep on this place!
Had a blast !! Staff is great and place has so much things to do !! Will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone !
My nephews had so much fun jumping and playing the arcade games. The staff was helpful from check-in until we left. Huge thanks to Martin and Anastasia!!
Our family had a great time here as part of our staycation. They are equipped with two dodge ball arenas, two jousting beams, a wipe out course, toddler area, three basketball goal, two foam block pits, a double climbing wall and a huge trampoline section. They have a few arcade games and large areas for birthday parties. The staff was very nice and since there weren't many people there one of them spotted my son while he taught him how to do back flips. Highly recommend Surge!
Anastasia has completely transformed this place. It is extremely clean. Just met her tonight and she was very professional and very alert of what was going on in the play areas. She was very hands on and helpful. 10/10 reccomendnthis place for families. She was amazing!
