Had my son's burthday here, you have to be on point with the schedule, but our host did an amazing job!
Don’t go unless you want to get sick!!! We have been 3 times and every time we get very sick with a cold/virus. They’re clearly not cleaning the equipment properly. We will not be going ever again.nnEditing to add: all 3 times we’ve gone, sections of the park has been closed. I understand that sometimes things break or needs to be fixed but it’s every time. The last time we went half of the park was closed down for maintenance so we didn’t even get our moneys worth of playing/jumping. Very disappointing
Of course, its a trampoline park how could i not love it! Something i do wish tho, is that theres an option where you can choose your own amount of time, and not a preselected amount. BUT! It's a great place. There's a kid section, a volleyball section, a basket ball section, the air sacks, the Olympic trampolines, and the trampoline slides. Awesome in general and a great place to go if you're ever bored in Mayagüez.
On the first visit I made with my son, we were delighted with the service and friendliness of the employees. Very attentive and willing to teach us how to use trampolines.nThey ensured the safety of everyone, both children and adults. At the service desk, very willing to clarify all the doubts I had. My recommendation is to register the security waiver online, so you don't have to wait any longer for the account.
Good amount of space.. No frills, fairly priced. Could use additional cashier's, line is very long.
