Spacebound Trampoline Park Fort Lauderdale

We had the chance to meet Mr. Jeans, the owner of the place, that was really nice to us. He explained all the attractions in details.nIt was my first time and I went with my husband. I’m 32 and he is 35 and I can definitely say that this is a place for kids and adults because both of us had SO MUCH FUN!nIt was the best attraction of the entire Xtreme Action Park!!

Absolutely great place for kids. They don’t want to leave it. Very helpful and friendly stuff works here. I am very glad because we find place like this. They start to glow party and so many kids in this time have a fun. Available everything for one ticket. Price is really well. Thanks for great place like this!

This place is a waste of money if you have teenagers because ( if your kids are like mine) they will be very excited to go in, then see everything there is to do and the age of most of the kids playing they will do stuff for around 15 mins before saying I’m bored and want to leave, this place is geared towards kids 10 and under for sure, I do not recommend for teens.nnThe staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. The rock walls were closed and nothing was up to standards, I will never be coming back.

This was our first time at this facility. Although we have been in Extreme Park on one other occasion we did not make our way into the Spacebound Trampoline Park. I took my son here unplanned as we were looking for something to do and this is where we ended up. On this day I liked the vibe of the place because my first encounter with the young man up front was professional and pleasant. He seemed hard working as he multitasked and accommodated people as they approached him. I wish I would have gotten his name so he can be acknowledged. He was short, brown skinned with a low haircut if this helps. Very nice guy.nMoving forward the place was not packed, it seemed clean, no weird smells and the music was on point! I had no intentions on doing the obstacles however I did plan to jump. Somehow my son convinced me to do the obstacle with him which led to me falling into the pit of Styrofoam (yuk all I could think of was germs but that's just me). Of course when I came out I couldn't find my phone and I panicked. I checked our locker and it wasn't there so that's when I knew It was in the pit! I asked one young lady named Grace for help . Without hesitation she was on it. She asked another co-worker of hers to help us who did not seem so interested. When I talked to them and explained my phone was in the pit the young man seemed more interested in whatever he was doing on his phone and didn't really want to get in the pit and help me as he spoke in circles. I told him look if you don't want to help me just say so! The least you can do is call my phone to see if it rings while we look. Oh course he couldn't get through so Grace, my son, and I dove it and began to look. Grace called my phone a few times and shined her cell phone light in the pit as we looked. About five minutes in she screamed she found it! I was so relived!! We all know what it is like to lose a phone and have to start over. If I had cash on me I would have gave her a few bucks. I decided to write a nice review about her. Grace was amazing, nice and helpful! I would definitely come back and even consider a birthday party for my son one day!

Sadly the place has been shutdown and is closed by the federal marshals, we came as we always do and it was shutdown 🤷‍♂️😳☹️
