I take my toddler 1-2x a week for toddler jump. He loves it there. Staff tend to be kind and easy going.nOften times it isn’t very clean, but my toddler never cares.
Kids love this place! From toddlers to big adult sized kids. I came with a 10 and 13 year old boys they both had a blast. Its so nice to watch kids just be kids and not on their phones. Nice place. Plenty of staff.
Great and clean spot just expensive in my opinion. 50$ for 2 kids under 10 one was 4!!! AND I brought my socks from before to save money other wise it's like 5$ a pair guestimating. Arcade was nice as well but also expensive. 2 quarters per game. And Vendor drinks were about 3$ per bottle of whatever you got juice, water, or soda.

Teenage staff won’t keep big kids out of toddler zone. Very dangerous for kids under 4 to be playing with much older/larger kids playing rough in the same space. Ages should be clearly marked all over toddler zone. Parents shouldn’t have to police other children.
Absolutely infuriated with my Sky Zone experience! Tried to pay and continue my jumping time, but they outright refused entry. TERRIBLE customer service— Security Guard wouldn’t let me pay for more time claiming I was trying to “sneak in” after waiting in line for 20 minutes because I wore my SkyZone shirt under my coat. Completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money here! Would 100% leave 0 stars if I could.
