Sky Zone Trampoline Park

This Sky Zone in Everett was quite disappointing. The price is $28 per child plus socks so each child was a total of $31.00. The place is understaffed in the summer because according to staff they don't have as many customers coming in as they prefer to be outdoors. This meant that since they had only 3 staff members on the floor, half of the activities were closed at any given time. The manager suggested I let them know if we wanted to do an activity and he would get a staff member to that area. Unfortunately, that was not reasonable as the staff members were already supervising other areas and would not be able to leave that space while people were there. Aside from that, the place looks worn and nothing new has been added since our visit a couple of years ago. The staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this place. It is way too pricey and doe not deliver.

Great place to enjoy a big trampoline. We booked one-hour ticket and that was the best choice because it was a hard exercising than what we expect. We became so tired quickly. Over 20s... please try one hour only.nnStaffs are very friendly and they cared about children so much. One of staffs played with them very well but they seem they only care about children not adults lol.. pitynnOne thing that I disappointed was the place is very far from the city. Because of only this disadvantage I won't visit here again.

I took my grandson and his friend while they were on school vacation we spent a few hours there I think like 5 they had a great time the people there are very helpful and attentive to your needs

Great to be there early in the morning with fewer jokers around. Unfortunately as it got busier there was not enough staff to open more stations which led to long lines and some frustration.nnPhotobooth was not working

Honestly I would give it a zero stars if I could. DONT GO HERE!!! You’re wasting your money!! Let me tell you what happened to me and my family when we went here in our vacation. Sky zone isn’t the first trampoline park we’ve been to and the area is always closed. You have to get an employee to open the place and supervise which is honestly a waste of your time since they were short staffed when we went there. Kids were running and calling us RACIAL SLURS when we went there and the employees didn’t do anything about it. I don’t understand the point of rules if you aren’t going to enforce it. DO NOT go to this place. If you go there then you have no right to write a bad review because you’ve honestly scammed yourself. Me and my family will never go there again. KEEP YOUR KIDS SAFE AND DONT COME HERE!!!
