Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Do not waste your money here. This place has really regressed, especially in the last month. They nickel and dime everything, required socks prices have been raised multiple times this year (used to be $2.99 now $4.99), games and photobooth additional charges which are over priced, management is no where to be found, seems to just be run by children with no urgency for guest issues, snacks are overpriced... hate to see what this place has turned into because we used to love it, used to be cheerful and well run, as recent as earlier this year. WHAT HAPPENED?! To top it off they raise the prices and fix NOTHING. Equipment is all run down, bathrooms are gross, foam is DISGUSTING. They did add a basketball court earlier this year which was cool at first but recently it seems as though they gave up on maintaining it, it is always deflated now which I've seen people get hurt from, the hoops and nets are ripped, the nets to keep people in are loose. My nephew fell into the net and hit the wall! Typical signs of a failing company, raise prices to pocket money and not improve for customers. Wouldn't be surprised if it's out of business soon. Tons of better entertainment options in convenient locations now in RI instead of going to skyzone which is in an industrial park that is near nothing, can't even find it at night. Check out places elsewhere you'll definitely enjoy it more.
Wonderful 💯! Employees are really nice!
Overall very good experience. This was my first time at skyzone - I had my 7 year old and my nearly 2yr old with me. My review is based on attending a birthday party. It’s a large facility in the back of an industrial building - there were plenty of signs so it was not hard to find. Once we filled out the waivers the kids were given special grippy socks (free for party goers). I had to pay for my 2yr old so she could play & buy her socks because she wasn’t part of the party. All the kids get a sticker name tag which doubles as a indication as to what group they are in (A, B, C) and to what time they are allotted.nnThe Birthday party stays together for the first half of play time doing different sections before being able to go to whichever area they’d like.nnOne thing I wish they told me when I got there was that there is a dedicated Toddler area. I didn’t find this area until half an hour after just holding my 2 year old while the big kids played.nnThere also is a concession area, couches for parents, lockers, cubbies, and even two massage chairs (you have to pay to use I believe). It was well staffed.nnIt was a lot of fun for the kids, and next time I’ll probably join in the fun too! Let out your inner child and visit for a couple hours of family fun.
People at the place were nice and great staff they helped resolve our issue and were quick to give assistance and help us, will recommend to any who have little kids and need a fun place to kill a couple hours
The kids had a lot of fun and good time. They had enough staff watching over all the kiss and they have people cleaning up and down the area to keep the kids safe.
