I would recommend stopping in to jump but never a birthday party. The whole process is extremely strange. The employees are children themselves so getting anything done quick and correct isn't happening. I never would have booked a party room had I known we (parents) couldn't go in there ! The place was packed and here we are nowhere to even sit after I book a room! So we stood around for an hour and we're told we could go in the room for pizza now. You get to the room and during your whole party they have an employee just standing there watching everyone ...it was super uncomfortable and just irritating! Especially in the already small space. Overall, really disappointed and wish I would have spent the money elsewhere.
Fun for the whole family. This location is well maintained, clean and safe. There is enough to do to keep your kids or yourself occupied for a few hours. I like the quiet eating area on the upper floor. You can sit in peace but also see the entire play floor and keep an eye on your kids. I don't care for the strict time limits and high prices for admission and snacks. Not for families on a budget. Worth checking discounts online if you're trying to save money
I wish they had a place for the younger/ special needs kids so they don't get hurt by the older kids. Fun time for the family, though!

Besides excellent for birthday parties, it provides a great summer day camp for kids. Multiple kids discount available! If you have day care flexible spending account left over money, it is a perfect choice.
