Although I bought my tickets online ahead of time we still had to do the huge line. What's the point then? Also be aware, you have to use their $5+ socks. It's the first time you are obligated to buy their low quality hospital looking socks.
The worst experience my son didn’t even get the birthday recognition and the staff was very unprofessional didn’t communicate and mislead the entire birthday package it was several kids names posted on the birthday board but my son name wasn’t and we spent over $700 on a birthday party he didn’t get to spend the birthday wheel the party host didn’t host the party she didn’t interact we only seen her once when we first arrived they didn’t even announce that my room was ready I had to figure it out on my own. 0/10 though I wouldn’t lie my kids enjoyed themselves overall but it was over crowded they overbooked parties so you have over 5 party groups waiting in the lounge with cakes and balloons. I’ve never seen a sky zone this unorganized Joliet location is %100 way Better and welcoming
I was invited to a children’s party over the weekend and it was a complete mess!!!!! The managers were not organized, the party room was not ready, it was overcrowded and me along with all the other members of the party had no where to sit because the overwhelming amount of overbooked parties… I would never book a party here with these guys based off my experience this weekend.
Not going back for awhile. Stood in line for 45 minutes on glow night even though we prepaid. Kid lost almost half of her jump time. No apology, explanation or refund. Trash everywhere. High school kids ruining the event for little kids. Maybe 3 employees working and none of them were supervising the jump areas which is a safety risk. Stick with Altitude
Had thee most enjoyable experience with family. Very nice staff. Just don't get the funnel fries they only come with powdered sugar and the pretzels real doughy. Just eat before you go. Other than that and the bathroom sanitation I highly recommend
