The kids had fun. Small group party. The food was ok.nThe two young ladies who were serving us were very nice, friendly and helpful.nI gave it a 4 because most of the drinks we requested, they were out.nnThe overall experience was great. We definitely will recommend this place for a kids birthday party.

It's a wonderful place for kids to go jump around and have fun. You can also have birthday parties here. you can buy food to eat.

We had a terrible experience with this Sky Zone. We had booked a birthday party during the toddler hour for a Saturday morning. The instructions on the email for the party told us to arrive a half hour early to make sure everything was set up. We arrived thirty minutes early and when we arrived the manager was pulling up as well. The manager informed us that they had been closed since Tuesday due to plumbing issues. We informed the manager we had a scheduled party that was already paid for. The manager was not tracking which right away showed us the lack of planning they did. We also asked why we never received a phone call to let us know before hand to make other arrangements for the party and the manager could not give a reason. We had to ask for a refund and it took several minutes of negotiation for them to finally refund us.nnThis place is a complete joke and has no professionalism or care to their customers. Will never recommend to people or be returning.

Corporate needs to put money into fixing a few things in this building.nStaff are extremely kind. They do the best of their ability to make your visit a great experience.
