Original review 2 stars:nThe first time I visited with my sons we had a wonderful time. We all jumped and had fun. Since then, we purchased a season pass, it's been one injury after another. On one occasion my son was taken out by wheelchair and rushed to the doctor after almost breaking his foot. The fact that they have wheelchairs ready says a lot. They are in much need of qualified management, trained employees and supervision.nUPDATEnI am happy to say, 4 months after my original review, we're back and happy! New management and staff plus job training! Would have been 5 stars but they're not quite there yet.nNEW UPDATE!nAfter having to stay away due to injuries I am happy to report that we're back! The really great news is that they were more than happy to put our membership/pass on hold until we were healed. It's so good to be back AND see the same smiling faces from before! They have now earned 5 stars!a
This place is great. The kids have fun while the adults hang out and talk or enjoy watching the kids have fun. If you're in better shape than me, you can even jump,too. We had a birthday party here.p staff was very attentive and was willing to do whatever we needed. They helped us set up for the party. The kids got to jump for 90 minutes and then we spent 30 minutes eating cake and pizza. We decorated quite a bit ourselves but if you wanted to you could let them handle the whole thing. I highly recommend a birthday at Sky Zone.
My kids are having a blast. For both of them to jump for and hour and a half was $43. The icies were almost 4 dollars apiece and the 20oz drinks so be prepared. But other than that all was good and kids loved it.
Had my daughter's birthday party here and we had a great experience from start to finish! Everyone had a great time and it was really helpful to have an employee in the party room to help serve everyone. It helps take the stress off the parents so we can enjoy the day. They even provided pizzas and drinks for everyone (after we got to jump for an hour) along with all the plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended! 
This is a very wonderful and safe place for children. We bought a 3-month pass and have no regrets. Glow nights are absolutely the best and if you're looking for something to do indoors I recommend this. They also do special Toddler Time twice a week.
