Amazing ♥️ funny. I really recommend taking your kids here. You will enjoy with them. I had a lot of fun with my children, we couldn't stop laughing, it's a wonderful place 💯 💯 ♥️♥️🥰🥰🥰🥰

This place is pretty good for kids. My 13 year old was just right for the age but I suggest no older than that. They have a toddler section. A few arcade games that aren’t worth it. The sections are isolated and well kept for kids. There are special rooms to host birthdays (with cake and pizza included in packages). The food is too overpriced and not worth the extra money. There are lockers to keep your items

Needs an upgrade, starting to look very worn from wear and tear and no renovations. My kids had fun but I likely would not take them back until an upgrade happened. We like the climbing spot in Ridgehill, Yapik, much better.

I took my daughter and 2 of her friends last night from 6 - close. They are pre - teens, 12 years old and they had an absolute blast. This was our first time at this location, we usually go to the one in New Roc ( which is disgusting and has a lingering smell of a urine filled dirty diapers ) . The girls decided for us to try this location. I was extremely happy with how clean the facility was. Also, to see that staff continue to clean and wipe down tables, ect during our entire stay. It smelled like fabuloso! Absolutely amazing. Angel and Asia were great supervisors and I met Asia, while they were closing and she was cleaning the outside windows of the facility. Angel was awesome in the food court and helped us with anything we needed. I also overheard her talking to her staff towards the end of the night and making sure each person had a cleaning task to maintain the upkeep of the facility. I only gave 4/5 starts because I believed the food to be extremely over priced and not that great, however I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the fresh aroma of the facility especially compared to its sister store in New Rochelle.

I’ve been there once before for a party and it was fine but today I took my son and there was no AC in the entire place. You would think upon paying upstairs they would have told you, but they did not. The least they could have done was give a small percentage off the rate or off the drinks knowing how extremely hot it was inside. We couldn’t even stay the entire time the heat was too overwhelming. Other than that the kids had a good time but was not enjoyable
