My children were involved in a fight. We were visiting from out of town and my 11 year old was in a fight with another child- the staff was not attentive at all. I would like for the owner to call me asap. I have several videos of the staff dancing while not doing their jobs. This is madness.
My kid absolutely loved this place. He's usually a little shy when it comes to new places but he didn't have a care in the world. It seems they had activities for every age group. Will definitely be going back frequently
The kids love it here! Wore me out looking at them ☺️ It's not inexpensive though at $24.99 per person for 2 hours and $5 for socks. But it's worth it to see the kids faces and it's knocks them out when it's time for bed 🤗
My family & I visited on Thursday for my daughter’s 6th Birthday! I enjoyed that it wasn’t as packed and she could run and play as she pleased . The only issue I had was that all kids didn’t have parental supervision. There was a teenage girl , around 12-13 years of age cursing and acting very wild . She had on a cropped jacket of some sort & her cleavage showed a time or two . The worker seemed to be paying more attention to her than the kids . I spoke to a person who seemed to be a manager about the situation. & she said that she knew exactly who I was referring to & would fix it . Behavior like this should not be tolerated. My 6 years old should not be seeing this or any of the adults in the area as well . There were men around as well . Other than that situation , my daughter had a blast . There should be more supervision.
Had my son's 5th birthday here. Purchased the platinum party package for 20 guests. Our party room time was 5:30 to 6:30. We didn't get the room until almost 5:45, the pizzas weren't ready, no drinks, and the host was barely in the room. Also, there were only 16 place settings for a party thats supposed to be for 20 kids and there were NO utensils to eat with! Also I paid extra for the decorations package which was basically a few plastic table cloths, paper plate and napkins, no birthday banner, no balloons. I was offered to not be charged for some of the extras however I paid in advance (over $700 total for the package and extra!!!!). The best they could do was a handful of 30 minute jump passes. I do appreciate the effort but for the amount of money I spent I feel like they could have done much better. I will say that spiderman was a hit and a lot more helpful than the actual host.
