We had a great time but this location is in MAJOR need of an update. Many of the trampolines have tears (some that are concerningly large) and lots of the pads were falling off. I certainly wouldn’t want to take small children here because of the size of some of these tears and gaps in the trampolines. We ordered pizza which was surprisingly good and the women working there was very friendly.nnWe always love trampoline parks, but will choose to go to a different location from now on.

Our boys had a blast. I can see it being hard to balance the little kids and the big kids though. Mine are 8 & 10 but there were either real little kids bopping around getting in the way with zero supervision because mommy/daddy had their nose in a phone or big kids playing a bit too hard with zero supervision because mommy/daddy dropped them off to use the place as daycare. Mine managed just fine and the young workers there did a great job trying to manage the chaos, but it is what it is. The facility itself and staff were great, but minus one star just as a place to go because some people in general can't be bothered to watch their kids.
90 minutes of nonstop fun for a single pass! They have been investing in this place and improving it since my last visit and one section is still under construction. Dress lite to be comfortable in warm temps. Food, beverages, desserts available for purchase. Restrooms were surprisingly very clean even with the big crowds due to winter break.
Great new zipline, slide, and climbing feature. Friendly helpful staff! I just changed my rating to 3. I was offered a discount on a party for starting a membership. I was told I could cancel after the first month with no further charges. When I tried to call and cancel no one would answer until I selected the book a birthday option. I would told I would need to request a cancellation online which I did. I was then told that because I did not cancel 3 business days in advance I would have to pay for the next month. They are unwilling to refund this charge.
WATCH OUT!nThis Woman Or tween by the name of Hanna was so rude and disrespectful to Me,My wife and Grandchildren. We were here for Timmy’s 11th birthday celebration and she gave us a very disgusting attitude and sighed when i asked her to repeat her self even tho i lost hearing in my left ear and I told her that and she Laughed. And when It was time for us to leave she said someone stinks referring to my Grandchild who was just playing hard! I told her that and she Said Shut up Grandpa BYE! This is completely and utterly wrong and unacceptable. We will never come back and I hope that employee gets fired immediately.
