I took my 5 kids here and they really enjoyed it. They were able to jump on everything and get all their energy out. The youngest jumper, age 2 was able to jump safely with no problems. BUT, as a parent these are the issues I saw. The staff were not the nicest, the floors were sticky, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was a bit on the pricey side too. But overall our experience was fun. With all that said, I would still return in the future because of how much the kids enjoyed it. I just hope some of these issues can be resolved in the future.
Awesome stop with the kids. Signed up for the monthly VIP PASS. $25 a person. Unlimited visits and allotted time to jump. Staff we very helpful. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms in the facility. Snacks & drinks avail for purchase. Couches for adults while kids jump their heart out.
Saturday evening is a jam-packed nightmare, especially with little ones and teenagers in the same area. My daughter enjoyed her party but it was really pricey. I didn't like how we had two hrs to jump but because another party was in front of us we couldn't set up the party room until our jump time was over. The kids were hungry and thirsty and the food and drinks were extremely overpriced. Wouldn't book another party here especially on the weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
It's a bit pricey for 4 children but he kids had a good time until they were thirsty, maybe its just me but p!ying over $3.50 for a single bottle of water x 4 children is extreme. They would like to go back soon but it will be a while.
An enjoyable experience for my 3 active grandkids ages 7, 9, 10. Fun activities besides the trampoline area included dodge ball, a trapeze bar to drop into a foam pit, a bounce high basketball area, an obstacle course, and a high drop fall onto a giant air cushion.nnThey do have a birthday party room. Admission for 90 minutes is $23, and you have to have no slip socks ($4) per pair. There are benches, couches and a few message chairs for parents.nnWe did see some rather small children age 3 and under, but in my opinion this is not a good choice for that young age group.nnWe went in the morning and it was not busy, but I can imagine it could be chaotic to keep up with multiple kids if it does get crowded.
