Waverly saw to it I was well taken care of as a first time customer. SkyZone is an awesome place for kids (of all ages) to have fun! Truly, a wonderful gem!
We went on a Saturday and of course it was crowded but I was really impressed with the staff. All of the staff members were doing a great job of monitoring the kids in all of the play areas. The staff members at the front desk were very helpful. I even noticed the staff/team leaders walking around to check on the other staff members at the jumping zones. It was actually very impressive to see because not too long ago it was not that great dealing with the employees at this location. 5 stars to the whole team that worked yesterday.
Booked for a large birthday party. They called in advance to confirm everything and seemed to be going according to plan. When we showed up over half of the facility was shut down which made it insanely crowded in what was left. Walk in admissions continued and the remaining sections were never opened. Some of our party guests left early. Under ideal circumstances it can be fun but definitely can not recommend a return trip.
Very fun very bouncy need more tables to sit for families please add more tables. Other than that make sure to do the wavier online as it will cut down wait times because they only have 2 self service terminals i finished for all 5 of us while i waited so do it before then have fun
They didn't meet their part of the commitment when we didn't get everything that came with our vip birthday package. The party host was a sweetie, so we didn't complain
