Great place to take your kids and have fun. Indoor trampoline park that is huge. Prices are good and my kids had so much fun. This is the perfect park to get yourself and kids together. Even better when the weather gets colder and I want to take my kids out for a fun activity.
Poor customer service, Very unorganized place of establishment. There were water leaks everywhere. The place was clean but They do not sanitize anything. First point of contact in any area of the trampoline, you get rash. For the food, they wait till its your schedule time to eat, to start preparing the food and there were no utensils to use to portion out the food! 1st and last time coming here. They need an emergency remodel. The reason for my review is for corporate to see this and make changes, not to bash them! They have potential ,you just have to love what you do. I mean this in the most humble way
This is a great place to take the kiddos. Membership is the best way to do it, well...for us anyway. There are plenty of employees watching every jump area and all are real friendly. My granddaughter loves it and she has made some friends that she looks forward to seeing when we go. I do wish they had more free buddy jump days on the weekends for membersn********************************************nUPDATE as of 06/04/2023.nThey have now got the free Buddy Jump days posted. Pizzas were good. Nice employees. My brother n I loved it. No paper to dry my hands after I used potty. Floors in bathroom had paper etc on them.
My 3 kids love it here! I enjoy being able to sit or play with them. Great family fun option as we have an 8 yr age gap between the oldest and the twins. They run promotions a lot, have parent's night out and the massage chairs are great!!!!
