Lots of great options that I haven’t seen at other Sky Zones. There is plenty of seating for adults to sit. I really enjoyed the massage chair. The check-in was like 20 mins. No one stayed at the concession stand and I had to call their phone to ask for assistance. I was confused as one person was doing the majority of everything in front. Randomly, another guy would show up and then leave again. Kids enjoyed the exercise.

Had a good birthday experience here. Lots of parking space. The parking was easy and the inside of the building was clean. Lots of staff to supervise. Lots of activities for the kids. Lots of space for adults to seat and they have massage chairs you can pay for. Check in was painless. Be sure to sign your waiver ahead but you can also do it there. Overall a great experience for 7 year old. Would certainly recommend. Giving it four stars because we had to ask for our drinks in the party room several times. Also our birthday host was not in attendance for the first hour. Aside from that the overall experience was pretty good. We will be back for sure!

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. Unless you never plan to cancel. Their cancellation system is designed to keep taking your money. I cancelled four memberships, continued to get charged for two, but there is no document trail (I assume by design) for the two I continued to be charged for. Additionally the kids here are trained to sell you the membership but cannot help you with any cancellation. You have to use a faceless system that barely responds, if it responds at all. I would absolutely not use the customer contact portal on their own site, you’ll get no response that way either. Theft by design: Make it really hard for your customer to cancel and have a contract you can throw in their face when the system does not work and your people are unresponsive. I have only asked for my most recent charge to be returned. Not the 60 plus they have stolen from me and they have taken days to go back and forth about it. Don’t give them your hard earned money. They don’t respect it or you.

Hi we hosted a small birthday party for my daughter recently. It was very easy to understand all the different kind of options for three parties and what was included. It was great that we are able to email out the waiver to sign before the party to make things easier. We had great communication with the party manager. She was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had.nIt was very easy to check in all the kids at the birthday party and very helpful to have the dolly to bring items to the party room. Once the party started about 45 minutes in we were able to begin to decorate the room. They offered items to help but we brought our own. The helper was there to help us with anything in the room. I was glad she was there to help.nOverall I felt the party went very well and glad we booked it at defy.nSee you next time.

We attended a party at this venue, which is quite spacious, and the children had a fantastic time. It seems to cater to all ages, though teenagers tend to dominate the space. Nonetheless, the staff did their best to take care of the younger kids, something I really appreciate. At the party we attended, there were a few mishaps that shouldn't have happened, especially considering the cost of hosting an event here. The team leader did her utmost. I want to emphasize and make it clear that this person, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but was a team leader, was exceptionally kind and did everything possible to ensure that despite the issues, everything turned out well. In the end, the children had a great time, and they were blissfully unaware of any problems. The adults, however, did notice, and most issues seemed to be internal. For example, it seemed the ice machine was broken, as there was no ice available during the first part of the party. There was also a mix-up with the pizza delivery.nnBut I want to make one thing clear: the reason I’m writing this is to commend the resilience and problem-solving skills of the team leader. I wasn’t the host of the party but a friend of the birthday child’s parents. They went to great lengths to create a memorable experience for their child, which they succeeded in doing. As a guest and a business owner myself, I was impressed to see someone so dedicated to customer service, and I would like to acknowledge her efforts through this message. Though I didn’t get her name, thank you so much for your help in making everything go smoothly.nnTo the management, I hope this serves as a lesson learned for future events. The venue is wonderful, and it would be a shame if such issues were to overshadow what was otherwise a fantastic party.
