Half of the park was closed off and we couldn’t even use those areas yet they still charged $40 a person. When we realized that, and went to get a refund, etc. we were told no. The staff were unaware and just all around didn’t care. Kids were climbing the basketball goals and sitting on top of them, staff was told and just shrugged their shoulders. Mostly kids running the place which is probably why it sucks. The bathroom had trash all over the floor. It was gross. Just a terrible place and my kids and I will not be back. Urban Air is way better and more for the money. Don’t even waste your time with Sky Zone Knoxville.
On November 4, I purchased 4 basic memberships for $113 since it was the same price as 4 single jump sessions for my son and his 3 friends. I was told I should cancel by December 1 to ensure I wasn’t charged for a December membership. I canceled the membership the morning of Dec 1. On Monday, Dec 4, at 12:01 AM, I was charged another $113!! I feel like I was tricked. I canceled 3 days prior. How many people does this happen to?!
The kids had a great time. They can accommodate a ton of people and it still isn’t overly crowded. We went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed our visit. Nothing appeared too worn out or broken. The only negative is the high cost for larger families. It would be great if there was a flat family price option.
Customer service at this location has went downhill 100% since the name change. There is a team lead by the name of Johana that’s possibly one of the most rude people I’ve ever encountered and the Friday night we was there at first I thought well may she is just rude with my family. But no she is rude with everybody that we seen her encounter. Even overhear her till a kid to shut their mouth. Also heard her accuse anothet kid of being the wrong age. So If you are on the fence I’d pick another location or call ahead and make sure she isn’t work that day. You will thank me later
This place was just OK. We had a birthday party here for a four year old. The kids enjoyed running around. The play area, party room and restrooms were clean. And the staff was friendly. What I didn't care for was the fact everyone who enters must give all of your information email, phone etc. I really don't want more spam. Seemed unorganized we had to look for the people that work there for napkins and forks for the cake. Can't say I would go back.
