Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Had my son birthday party there this past weekend and the crew were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised being that the staff appear to be mostly young adults. From check-in to the party clean up crew everyone we encountered was great. Jordan our party host was very polite, accommodating and helpful. If you are interested in booking do it well worth it.
Very cute, nice staff. Lots of stuff for kids to do. I didn’t try the food so I wouldn’t know about that but all in all no complaints!
Staff is always friendly but also VERY under staffed. I must say the girls bathroom was not very clean and hardly had any tissue and the stalls. Covid is still real and I was disappointed to see that overall upkeep has not been a concern. The prices are extremely high to get in and a small bag a chips were over $3.00 That is CRAZY!! One thing for sure the Kiddos do have a fun time!
We went for my son's friend's birthday party here yesterday. I had no idea there was an in town trampoline park so close to us in Decatur. I was very impressed by how well designed and decorated the space is. I had seen the Defy name when I drove by but I thought it was some kind of exercise place for grown ups. I'm so glad my friend had her daughter's birthday party there because we all left so impressed by how clean and organized the place was. The kids, most importantly, had so much fun because they have so many different things the kids can do there. Besides just trampoline jumping. The staff are young but very professional and helpful. However, some of the young staff can be a little aloof sometimes just like young people can be without intending to be rude. So I do recommend to the staff management that they train their young people to have a bit more customer service orientation. Because I was waiting for a while at the birthday events booth before two of the staff who are busy talking noticed that I needed some help. Then they acted like we were bothering their conversation. Again, they weren't intending to be rude, but I don't think they've had training to help them remember to stay customer service oriented. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it.
My son enjoyed himself but this place could definitely be a lot cleaner than what it is. I saw too much dust and dirt. At 12 noon on 1/7/23, the bathrooms were filthy. The staff was friendly and interacted with the kids well.
