Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
I was actually disappointed in this place. I've been to quite a few trampoline parks, but this was quite bland and mediocre for my liking. It's not really a lot here to keep the kids engaged. We usually end up spending 3+ hours, but we barely wanted to spend the hour and a half we paid for here. The kids enjoyed their time though. They really liked the rock climbing wall, which was the only thing I appreciated seeing. And my little one made friends. They were a little disappointed in the amount of activities, and even more when they couldn't get pizza since they ran out like 3 hours before they were supposed to close. They only serve pizza for food, so no luck with that. It's okay for a quick trip, but we probably won't be returning.
Called ahead, tried to get a party room, all three were booked which isn’t a big deal as we tried to book to close to the date we needed. They said although no party rooms are available, they had tables available we can still bring our own cake and they sold pizza there. PERFECT!nnTHE GOOD: We got there, check in was smooth. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Not super packed like other trampoline parks on the weekend.nnTHE BAD: I was VERY disappointed at the tables. They have a total of 6 round tables, seating 4 at each. We luckily managed to get two tables. Only had about 12 ppl so adults had to stand, also not a big deal to me. I guess I got use to urban air’s picnic table seating. The bathrooms looked like it was decorated with fecal matter, wet tissue and dynamite. Seriously, have your employees check on the bathroom every 30-60 mins. I think my family might need medical treatment just for going inside it.nnTHE UGLY: The part that really made me mad is when I went to go order pizza, the cashier had no idea of the prices, or how to go about ordering a full pizza in stead of just a slice or two. Once we figured it out the girl making pizzas said “I don’t have time for that” when I questioned about making a full pizza…….. Not, I’m running behind, it might be a while or that will be 30 mins, or anything like that. “I don’t have time for that”…. WOW! The problem is most of the employees are teenagers and lack the skills or the training to offer good customer service. (Not all. A few of the employees were really good at what they do. Kudos to them) We let the kids jump, cut our cake, and then we left to go to a different place to get pizza. I would never go back there.nnRating: one star cause that’s what the heart says. Two is just because the birthday boy still enjoyed himself and that’s what it’s about.
Clean, a fun experience for my eight year old nephew. I would recommend bringing friends.
four stars. Great place no kidding but there's just too many people. at free jump you run into kids EVEN though you tell them to watch out, and when you tell them to also they get mad at you. (And dint budge.) If you want the best experience, DO NOT go during the very busy hours. Instead, go during slow hours, once I had whole place to my self (Ten other people where there but still) other than that, great place!!
Fun and clean, well maintained indoor park for the little (and probably bigger) ones. They'll have a lot of fun. We were invited to a birthday party and they all had a blast of a time.
