We had an amazing experience here. We used to be elite members at another trampoline park but after rude staff, mass over crowding, and everything being so dirty we stopped after 3 years of going.nThis location was so clean and kept cool! The items and blocks were clean and nice along with the staff which all had amazing attitudes and were kind to all of the kids in there.nPlenty of style things to play on and even a toddler section that was so incredibly cool and had balls and lights for them. Highly encourage you to check this place out. Day passes or membership are available!
A little pricey, wish they had other times besides 90 min and all day… maybe by the hour like other Skyzones. We could only stay an hour so had to pay for 90 minutes and leave early. For 2 kids and a teenager +one pair of socks, it was like $75. One area was broken so it was closed down, teenagers who are supposed to be supervising areas never say anything to help/correct behavior of kids. Couldn’t use the basketball/soccer area because it was monopolized by a group of teenage boys. Could definitely be better.
Hands down the absolute BEST place!!!! At the heart of it all is the Director Mike! My kids BEG to go! And they are most excited to be with staff just as much if not more so than the amazing facility! We are members and my girls are campers. As a parent I have not found a staff so caring and so committed as Skyzone is to making these kids feel loved and ensure an amazing experience each time they go! They go above and beyond to make each day unforgettable!
First time visiting, for a birthday party. They had everything somewhat organized, but with 5 years old all plans go out the window.....The party room was big, could hold 30 to 40 people, the food, pizza. was good. You’re given 3 hour window to jump, party including eating and cake...not much time for presents so if you are thinking about having a birthday party, try to allot time for presents or do like we did, take them home. Overall, great experience and we will be back!
Definitely not a family place anymore. We were members for a long time, since before it was skyzone. Every time we have been for the past couple months there has been an issue, older kids hurting my kids or inappropriate public behavior, etc. Canceled our membership this weekend plan on signing our three kids up at big air instead.
