Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
We did the toddler time early on a Saturday and we’re followed around at our every move. The employees watch anything you do with your child even as simple as throwing a ball to them. They pace back and forth or stand next to you and make you feel uncomfortable. We were even forced to buy sky zone socks half way through our jump time because our defy jump socks weren’t good enough and not their brand.nnRewind 5 years ago and this use to be a nice place to bring your kids on a Saturday to exert some energy. It’s sad but this place has gone down hill. Example picture of the duct taped rim. Maintenance seems non existence here anymore.nnI’ll stick to going to Defy off state road 70 for less money and less hassle.nnThanks for coming to my review. Hope this helps you in making a better decision.
Our first visit and we tried out Little Leapers with our 2 year old. Every staff member I spoke to was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel confident coming here, from my initial phone call to the front desk and even upon leaving. We found the facility clean and well-maintained despite that it’s used heavily by kids and popular. Our son loved the attractions and we plan to return. Definitely glad for a special time for little kids only!
My daughter loves to go to sky zone. It makes more sense to become an elite plus member than to pay every time we go. I've been to toddler time more than once, but this last time I was told that while I was there with my daughter I could not take my feet off the trampoline which I have never been told before. I immediately asked for a refund, canceled my membership and left. I was not jumping anywhere other kids could get hurt and I have never been told that I could not jump and have fun with my three year old daughter. We were jumping in the basketball zone. It seems that every time we go different employees have different interpretations of the rules. When I joined sky zone I got a key pass that goes on to my key ring, on my last visit they got an entirely new system that no longer uses the key passes. So I had to spend 45 minutes re-registering while my daughter was all over the place and I couldn't find her when I was done. The facility itself is great if the staff could get their act together it would be fantastic in the manner in which they speak to the people who attend there is just unacceptable. This is the second time attending sky zone where some young punk talk to me like I was a piece of trash. If I didn't have to worry about the consequences I would've knocked him straight out. Sky zone is a terrible place, and until they get their act together and get the rules straight and get the system correct it will be a dangerous place to go. I don't care what they do my daughter and I will never be returning. There are too many places to go with trampolines I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes and go somewhere that is fun. There are other trampoline places in Bradenton that we've attended where there was never an issue. That is where my daughter and I will go from now on.
This place is awesome. We had a lot of fun and it’s great that they allow a time slot for the little ones.
This is a good place to take the kids young or old to let out some energy. If you want a place to have a birthday party without a bunch of kids trashing your house then this place is perfect for it. I would suggest bringing your own food. The cooked food there was not very good. They just have a little toaster oven to throw your frozen food in to cook. They also only do one at a time so it takes forever to get it. I also noticed it was kind of dirty. Overall yes a good indoor place to run around.
