Kids had a blast. We were there 2 hours and nobody wants to leave. Lots of different experiences for all ages. Kids are ready to go again. Only down side is in my opinion the food and drinks were extremely high. So we went to McDonald's
DO NOT GO HERE! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO URBAN AIR!nnThey talk you into getting a membership, knowing full well that most people will forget about it. Then, because you forget about it, they charge you $22-25 a month AUTOMATICALLY, therefore stealing your money. Kicker is, don't cancel the day before because it takes 1-2 days to process and you have to cancel 3+ days before they are set to rob you again. In this day, it should all be automatic. Also, the manager takes no responsibility for being short staffed. I don't care if you are short staffed, making a potential money source wait 10 minutes at the desk before someone comes to talk to you is just bad business all around. Not a good first impression, for new fools or returning fools.nnThe manager did act graciously though, in spite of my less than stellar attitude.
I decided to celebrate my daughter’s birthday party at defy or sky zone! Very happy with our experience! So much fun things for the kids to do! Even my 2 years old loved it! The host was so nice and got everything ready before we go to the party area! Love their system! comparing to other places with similar activities this one definitely highly recommended!
The bathrooms are a health concern. The floors need to be clean!!! kids are walking in the bathrooms with their grippy socks and going back onto the play area. It’s disgusting. The changing table was FILTHY. No toilet paper. No hand soap. they also charged my card $38 on top of a $30 charge when I did not give authorization. So my card was charged $68 for ONE CHILD to jump we didn’t even buy food or drinks there. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I did not authorize this amount.
We paid to have a birthday party there. The server was good, but the pizza was cold and not very good. When I let them know, they didn't make any attempt to fix it. Would not recommend them for a party.
