We took the grandchildren for their birthday. 6 of us. I'm 68 and I even had a blast. They did the zip line and arcade game which I loved. They said it took a little time to climb out of the foam.nOne bad thing was I grabbed a bar to climb up some steps and it was totally loose,and came totally off. I brought it to the mangers attention and they fix it immediately. Other wise a awsome place for birthday parties and whatever. The cakes were made from Wallmart good job.
My granddaughter wanted her 12th birthday party here. Check-in was smooth staff very nice. The worse thing is understaffed and unruly unbehaved kids all over the place. Clearly teenagers come in do whatever they want and totally disrespect the staff and patrons. There was a huge fight that broke out security had a hard time controlling the chaos. We the adults with the party were the only adults in the building besides the staff. We were running around trying to make sure our kids weren't being jumped in all of the chaos. Clearly don't allow your kids to go there without supervision. We will not ever go again and my granddaughter clearly will not go back to this place without supervision or security. They made the kids leave they went out front started fighting there and then tried to stampede their way back in..omg it was horrible!!!...if there was a way to get a full refund I would definitely request it all back😡
The place is “cool” but how cool is it to to jump around and roll around on millions of Germs! They do not clean the facility even a fraction of what it requires. Too much foam material that just holds bacteria. My family and countless other first hand reports should speak volumes. Mono, flu, Covid, meningitis… all illnesses we have gotten or friends have gotten from one play date. Family friends child was hospitalized with mono, staff even said they hear a lot of cases of post sky zone illness. The health department really needs to investigate their cleaning protocols! AND if that’s not bad enough watch all card charges while attending, and good luck getting them to cancel a membership.nnPlay at your own risk… should be posted on the door.
Yes it’s fun but clearly staff need hand washing lessons. I witnessed Alahzay walk out of the bathroom without even glancing at the sink, followed to see her walk through the food area and go to the computers and then to the party rooms. I told Daniel which responded “yeah she does that sometimes, she washes her hands in the kitchen/food sink”. I explained that’s not the case and how gross it was. He didn’t even immediately call her out from the party SERVING FOOD to kids to go promptly wash her hands. Yuck.
Check in and purchased was efficient, workers were vigilant and one in particular was very energetic and engaging. He played tag with the younger children and appeared to enjoy his job! Only tiny fault was having the start time before our bunch took off shoes and put stuff away for $18 plus tax we want whole time. We did stay on for 10 minutes more.
