We’ve been several times it’s always clean and staff is friendly and present. The bathrooms NEED paper towels or hand dryers and soap pumps that actually work in the women’s bathrooms. My kids love it and always have a blast.

This place is overflowing with potential but they DO NOT pay their employees enough. They need help bad and I imagine what they would pay out in better help would be nothing compared to their profit if this was ran with a bigger crew. Employees are great but take a beating from Karen type mom's who obviously don't realize they're running an entire establishment with 6 when it takes 20, minimum.
SkyZone Trampoline Park Was a blast!! Its just as every bit of fun as it looks if not more. Its a work out!! But a great time!! I highly recommend checking it out! perfect for young kid,teens,to the older folks even. Bday parties & Neon jumping is offered! A really great time!

12/12/23nWhen coming to the counter there were three employees behind the counter then not one acknowledged my party all three boys left cause they didn’t want to do the sale not one tried to help or even greet all three boys just put there heads down then a young blond boy came from the back and acknowledged my party and told us we had to buy a membership in order to jump and that we couldn’t just jump for the last hour of the place being open I’ve been coming to this place for years and never had this happen
The place is fine and fun for kids. Gets a little rowdy and the workers don’t really enforce the rules to keep kids safe so I don’t recommend going at busy times.nThe real reason for the 2 stars is regarding poor corporate and local management. Tried to cancel memberships for 2 months going back and forth via their online form and email and they couldn’t figure it out. Walked inside and it was canceled in 5 minutes by some nice young kid.
