This place used to be fun and affordable. Before Sky Zone corporate came in and jacked up everything. The old membership had way more benefits like a free small drink. The atmosphere was much chill. Now the employees are rude and have no sense of character or basic customer service skills. The food is old and dry for the price. I can see why people are canceling their old memberships. Wack!
We had my 8 year old's birthday party here and it was phenomenal!! The party helped was amazing and so helpful. The kids all had a blast!! Turned out to be a great value!! We will be doing more parties here!!
First time here. Loved the fact that they go glow in the dark after 7 pm. That was a fun edition to the park.nnI had an epic fail mommy moment and forgot my daughter's inhaler. Meanwhile, she was very short of breath. I had asked the manager if at all possible I could get refunded for the glow in the dark so I could go to some pharmacy for an inhaler. We ended up staying, but the manager checked on us 2 more times after talking to him.nVery nice gentleman. The young lady who helped us at check-in was very pleasant as well. Would definitely go back.
Not cheap but my nine year-old and my 12-year-old absolutely loved it! We save some money by going for only one hour. They jumped, dodged, dove, spun and just had a wonderful time. We hope to go back soon. The restrooms were clean, and the waiting facilities were OK but for. Make sure to leave time to fill out the waivers at the beginning of your trip.

This place seems much better than last year. Under new ownership, and Mike is no longer the GM. New team is making some good investments in hiring the right managers and staff and providing training to open new features.
