We had a party package and the kids only got to jump for 1 hour and and the party was over in 15 minutes so please read all the fine prints and get the details before getting packages. The kids will have ro play paid arcade games after the party because they are not allowed to jump after eating as they might get sick. We had a great time, except for the distraction of time between the jumping and party room. Arcade games are $2 so have toonies ready!
honestly been coming here for years. only good thing is the cost of a monthly membership. in the last 4 years they have added one punching machine to this whole place. also note as a member check in should be quick and easy, but there is always only one person working the front and that means waiting sometimes up to 10-15 minutes to check in. i understand businesses get busy but peak around the corner and you can see 2-4 employees laughing joking hanging out in snack area doing nothing.
My daughter did the summer camp and had an amazing time! Each day she came home with crafts and spoke so highly of the counsellors Tiana and Kaitlyn. 10/10 recommend to everyone!

This place exceeded our expectations by light years. From our server being the best and really fun with our kids to the place just being run really well, we have only compliments and no complaints. Highly recommend.
Bought a membership for my kids and added the parent add on and stayed for 3 hours 1 day and came back 2 days later and stayed for another 2.5 hours. It's fun for all ages and the kids loved it! Very clean, has good snacks and drinks and had lots of space for parents to just sit and relax while their kids play. Would definitely recommend going! It's a great workout for adults and kids!
