Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Absolutely the best trampoline park around. Their prices are amazing and the whole place is clean. It's A HUGE place. It has everything for everyone. I have seen little babies there with their parents working on their tummy time or their walking. It is also safe. The staff is so helpful with whatever you need. They have a soft play area, 2 ninja warrior-like obstacle courses, two courts for dodge ball,an awesome zip line, 3 basketball sections with single hoops, rock wall with a bunch of different levels and a foam pit you fall into...I could go on and on. They have a memberships at the moment ( 12-13-2023) one being 29.99 and one for 34.99 for the month. Trust me when I say call to find out what they both include because Christmas break is coming up for the kids and these deals aren't gonna last long but you will not be disappointed. Oh they also have massage chairs that accept credit cards.

Nothing wrong with the place! Went here for a birthday party. But definitely not that fancy (loses a star) compared to other locations and similar venues.nA kid vomited (no one's fault) but their staff (teenagers) didn't want to help clean up till a parent went to coach them on what to do next , quite funny... (Loses another star for this)

Great place for kids playing jumping all around and very active and happening place. They have huge place situated near Costco, in Neptune.nnThey have multiple equipments and places to play with sponges and cushions all around to avoid all kind of injuries.nnYou can buy day passes as well monthly passes to enjoy your visit at sky zone. The monthly pass holders can spend unlimited time during the weekdays and 2 hours on weekends. There are separate que for the monthly pass holders and elite members.nnOnce you enter inside and after registering and checkins they provide you wrist bands and special non slippery socks. You have to wear those socks while you are enjoying your visit at sky zone at the venue.nnThey have multiple equipments and designated areas for the different kind of activities. You can simple jump of spongy circuit to warm up. They you can do wall climbing, practice basket balls, climb on the sloppy surface, cross the multiple hurdles. The most difficult one I think is the after crossing multiple hurdles like walking on narrow bars, you can jump on three BARS which are placed at different distances for that you need lots of patience and stamina. My son tried several time but he couldn’t pass through the third bar.nnThere are refreshment centers where you can buy soda, freezee and icy, snacks etc.nnThey have also kept 4 massage chairs which parents can enjoy which their kids are enjoying the sky zone games.nnYou can also reserve the venue for party and your private events as well.nnOverall it is a good place for your kids and family members including young adults.nnJust one thing you need to take care that some time when there are events and party, the regular guests and pass holders have to wait, which can be irritating.nnAlso beware whiling signing membership, when you take membership, they automatically enroll you for recurring renewal charges. I signed up for 1 month in April 2023 but my credit card has been charged for May and June. I tried sending mail and calling to cancel and refund but still it hasn’t happened yet.nnToday I met Mr David, he agreed to cancel the membership and refund but later informed me that due to some technical issues he is unable to refund and suggested me to dispute charges through credit card and get refund.nnI appreciate David for his efforts to help but request management to be more transparent with customer satisfaction issues.

Great facility and well maintained. It was a busy day with kids enjoying all of the different activities. Fun spot to take the family. Staff was friendly and helpful.
