Excellent place! It's the first time we went. We celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday with her friends. They had a lot of fun! Very good attention from the host, her name is Alive Greymy. Very attentive and kind to all of us, excellent worker. And grateful to all the staff. Thank you!
Janice was very helpful assisting me with reactivating my elite membership. She was very friendly and made the process much quicker than the last time it was done. My daughter and I are saddened by the fact that Glow isn’t a thing anymore. Hoping that it’s bought back soon. Those were the best nights. Good experience despite that though.
The park is very complete and we had a great time but guys you need to find a way to wash the fabrics in the warrior section. The totally stinks! I understand kids sweat and people sweat but come on wash the stuff. We have a membership and this makes it really disgusting and impossible to enjoy
It's fun for the entire family. Trampolines and obstacles course are challenging. They are remodeling and adding more arcade games. The membership is well worth if you plan on visiting multiple times in a month and also gives you discounts at the food store. Staff is really nice and friendly. Trampolines can well use a keep clean, however the bathroom was always clean when we visited. Glow in the dark party was super fun, too bad they disconnected it. Overall

This was our first time here visiting from Chicago, and our party host Derrick went above and beyond for us. The party before us was a little late leaving and Derrick made sure he did everything possible in a timely manner. He was so friendly, smiled throughout the whole night, and was available whenever we needed him. Thank you so much Derrick for your service we truly appreciate you!
