We like Sky Zone for casual play time, but I would not recommend it for birthday parties. There were several other parties going on at the same time as ours and the staff could not keep up. I went to ask for a pitcher of water during jump time as many kids were thirsty and sweaty. I had to wait in line for 5-10 minutes for staff trying to accommodate the numerous parties while texting on their phones in between. When I was finally able to ask for a pitcher, I was told that they were out of pitchers (really?) and also couldn't even give me water glasses until cake time - the recommendation was to use the drinking fountain. Once it was cake time, we had hardly any help from staff. I had to ask for cups, forks, candles and a lighter. I was asked if I had ordered candles ahead of time even though they came with the package. I grabbed a bunch of plates and napkins off of the counter myself. The staff was overwhelmed, disorganized and unhelpful. My friends were much more helpful with the cake prep and clean up than any of the staff. The kids all had a great time, but for the price we paid for the party, I think we deserved better service. Perhaps Sky Zone should strive to offer quality parties instead of attempting to squeeze so many in on a Saturday.
Our kid had a blast here. It’s not the cheapest place but we will be back. The socks cost extra. Each adult that bounces must pay along each child, no matter the age. It was clean and well thought out. A good option for hot days.
It had lots of fun things to do and the kids absolutely love it. It's a great spot to bring kids of any age and they would have a blast
We took our 6 4 & 1.5 year old out for a fun day. We all enjoyed it. Wasn't as expensive as some of the other parks we've tried out. Several areas where smaller kids had things to do.
I’ve taken my child to this particular park many times and it’s consistently a good experience. There is seating for adults within the vicinity of where everyone jumps. Also, GREAT customer service. Highly recommended.
