Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
I didn’t know this place changed owners. We were here last when it was still called DEFY, but we are so glad it is still a Trampoline Park. Coming in with the wife and kids is not so bad, but you have to use your phone to do their waiver document, plus enter in all your information, name address, phone number……it’s a bit much to jump onto a trampoline. But you can understand from their side they don’t want to be paying anyone’s hospital bill for a bad fall. Today we were here to celebrate our daughter, Madison’s birthday. We were all enjoying our time bouncing away. This place will provide you gripped socks so you can grip the trampolines better. The gentleman who was checking us in also was advertising a monthly membership which was cheaper then the day pass so we went with that option since we have to come to Duluth at least eight times a month anyway. What was really great as we were heading to the trampoline area we noticed that the people who worked here were consistently cleaning all the handrails and other areas keeping everything sanitized. I was really impressed by this. They provide cubbies to put your jackets and shoes in. They aren’t locked so if you come here, leave your valuables in the car. There was also a big area that looks like you can reserve for a party. We havnt made use of that but looks like it would be great for the future. During the time we were playing with kids they made an announcement wishing my daughter a “happy 9th birthday” which was so cool! They have a dodgeball area and a rock climbing wall, both of which my kiddos and I took advantage of. It’s just such a super place for the kids to go after school or during the summer. We look forward to coming back to enjoy this. Thanks to the staff for recommending the monthly expense because our kids will love coming here again! Great place for kids! I’ve taken my two grandkids here several times and they absolutely love it! It’s a great way for them to work off energy and I can just relax and watch. And the activities cater to all ages! Lots of fun, and the staff is very friendly and courteous.
I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. If you’re looking for a safe place for children 10 and under support local in superior at the mariner mall’s Fun Land Owned by a veteran who served for our country not only does he keep the place clean, he safely monitors and the bathrooms are usable unlike this place. I will never return to Sky zone trampoline Park again and wish I never went there after dealing with other customers who were inappropriate just as much as their poor staff.
Staff didn’t handle a physical assault of our toddler by a teen aged boy who goes to east school in fact they aided the boys making a run before police came and claimed no video was available in the area the assault took place. We will never return and have never been so disappointed in how an establishment especially a toddler aged birthday party turned into facial abrasion and emotional duress of our young child. It wouldn’t be Unreasonable to have an age limit of 10 or less and require parents be present the entire time because the parents of those boys for not even in the establishment until they fled when made aware a call was made for the verbal harassment and numerous physical blows to an innocent 4 year old as it seemed trustworthy to be in eye shot rather then arm shot length. Also the party wasn’t set up nor was the staff attentive helpful or supervising or cleaning the filthy floors.
My nieces and nephews have fun when I bring them it’s just most of the employees that are there when we go aren’t doing their job they’re sitting talking with the older kids that come. Allowing people to run and then they end up making little kids fall. When I went there Monday night a worker was letting kids eat and drink on the trampolines. The same employee opened up a side of a trampoline to let a couple kids go under the little kid trampolines. Do better!!!
