First time going here. I was a little surprised by how little staff their seemed to be. There was trash all around the seats. The floors upstairs were overly sticky. It could have been just cause they were super busy though.nnNow this section is more about the parents I saw there. So many people were just playing on their phone and not paying attention to their kids. They just let their kids run amok. Kids were wrestling and the parents weren't even stopping it until someone else's kid got hurt by them. It was sad to see so many parents just playing on their phone and not even watching their kids.

Fun for adults and kids. I went here with my best friend and my 2 year old daughter and five-year-old son. You purchase socks the first time but then can reuse them every time after that. They also host birthday parties.nnI will say that the prices could come down a little bit.
Our first trip there me and my three kids And had a blast loved it will go again.!!! They wear clean and friendly and very welcoming family oriented.

Its fun, bigger then the altitude in Concord. Just wish people would stop using the place as a daycare...all the parents sitting their on their phones while the kids do what they want so its hard to just jump around without little ones staying out of ur way. The bathrooms were crazy nasty. Not very clean place at all, has potential to be such a better place.
Thank you for re-opening the Manchester location! The new management is amazing, every experience this last month has been wonderful! I appreciate having a clean and friendly place to bring my kiddos to! The staff is so sweet, from the welcoming smiles from the cashier Lily and the fist bumps and high fives from the court monitors, I love that they are friendly and engaging with the smaller kids! Keep up the good work!
