First time here taking my kids. It was clean and not busy. Bathrooms were clean, staff were nice.nnSky Zone has 3 rooms for birthday’s and they’re plenty big enough to accommodate parties up to ?30 people per room.nnIf I had to compare Sky Zone to Urban Air, Urban Air has more activities. If I never been to Urban Air, Sky Zone would be good place for a trampoline park.
Way better experience than the new place in town. Service was friendly and kind and the rooms were nicer. Highly recommend over UA.
We held a birthday party for our 10 yo daughter. It was a terrific experience with very professional and attentive staff, a positive and kid-friendly atmosphere on a Friday night, and a very clean facility. There were no unexpected upcharges (as we’ve seen other places). Overall the best and most affordable party venue for kids we’ve experienced in Madison.
I had lower expectations from the previous reviews but our experience wasn’t bad. I guess we went on glow night so we didn’t really see any of the dust or debris. Someone must’ve also cleaned the restrooms because the women’s wasn’t dirty enough to mention. I will say every single employee was on their phone && some attractions weren’t fully functioning. You do get a good workout && make good memories but it’s very repetitive for the price. Similar to Chicago location.
Hey, so I gotta say my experience at Sky Zone was not great. I was expecting a fun time jumping around on trampolines, but instead, I found a poorly managed facility that was not very enjoyable.nnFirst off, the trampolines were in rough shape. Some were saggy, and others had seen better days. The foam pits and obstacles were also pretty gross and smelled funky. I wasn't too impressed with the cleanliness of the place.nnBut the worst part was the lack of safety measures. People were just doing whatever they wanted, and the staff didn't seem to care. I saw some dangerous stunts and kids not following the rules, which made me worry for my own safety and the safety of others.nnOverall, I wouldn't recommend Sky Zone to anyone looking for a fun and safe time. There are better places to get your jump on
