Sky High Sports Niles Reviews
We definitely overpaid by 3x for my son and husband to come in (see sign), but if you only pay $15 you’d be very happy! The place is 70% inflatables now, so unless you pay the extra $8 to enjoy those too you are paying $18.95 + socks for a few old trampolines. There is no kids zone anymore as it’s now just inflatables (which again, are extra). Basketball hoop has no netting and is worn down. The place is dirty and over half of it is still under construction. The cafe was closed so not only can you not bring your own snacks, but you can’t get any here.nnIf you have littles, the deal is great! $15 is appropriate for what you get to enjoy with your child. I recommend you find somewhere else to pay $22 for each bigger kid.nnI’ve been here years ago and the place definitely needs help in comparison. Overall minus one star each for cleanliness, value, and overall experience.
My daughter absolutely loves this place - especially the foam pit and dodge ball trampolines. We've visited several times over the last two years and whether we are meeting friends or just hanging out together, it's a great way to spend an hour (or two or three) and burn off that extra energy! Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating as well the last time we visited.
This place is great! They had a special this week where for $26 the kids had UNLIMITED time to jump as opposed to $26.50 for ONLY an hour! I spoke with the manager Annamarie and got some information for throwing a party there. She showed us around and gave us our options. The place was clean and we are excited to book with them! My kids had a great time. I've been here many times, this was my first time seeing Annamarie and she was an absolute pleasure! Way to go SKY HIGH SPORTS!
It's crazy. Reminds of places I went to as a kid in the 90s. Zero control and management for the bounce houses and such. But the kids are running around like nut jobs and having fun. Ages ranges from 2 - 16 and I saw some parents getting into some of the fun as well. They do birthdays and the package looks like it comes with pizza and ice cream. You can bring snacks and cake. Could use a good powerwash every once in awhile.
What a scam! We were encouraged to purchase the $26 Thanksgiving special for unlimited jumping and inflatables from November 20th-26th instead of just paying $18 for one hour of jumping. We confirmed with the salesperson that this meant we could come back later that weekend and my daughter would not have to pay again. We even asked how they would confirm that we paid for the unlimited pass and we were told that they would be able to look it up in the system by our phone number. When we came back the next day with two more kids, we were told that the special was “only good until close of business on the day it was purchased.” We explained that we had paid for the unlimited pass and were told it was good all weekend and I asked to see the manager. I have never met such a rude and classless lady. Dena literally snickered as she told us that she wouldn’t honor what the “old lady manager” had told us the day prior. I said that the sign and website don’t specify that the pass is only good until close of business on the purchase date and she laughed and asked if we were going to pay again. When I told her it was bad business to lose out on two more customers by not honoring what we paid for and warned her that I would be writing this review, she merely chuckled and said “go right ahead” as if this happens often. I would be ashamed to have this person as a manager of my business. Don’t waste your time or money on a place like this.
