The ice was very nice to skate on. The rentals work fine and the price is excellent.
Very rude people working and customers every time we've been. It's too bad but we would rather go farther to sunnycrest, you can skate longer and a much better experience.

It's too stuffy. the rink is always freezing so glasses fog up. The room outside the rink is thick with body heat, sweating kids and too warm for glasses or coats. I know, I know, dress in layers. But the temperature variations are so rapid and unavoidable that I usually end up with steam freezing on my glasses and then the stifling sweat filled air fills your airways and it's time to gasp for air. The mask requirement has to go. The place is miserable as is without the arctic to subtropical climate transition every time you walk from one room to another. Lose the mask requirement and the parents might not dread the rediculous climate extremes so much.

Omg I grew up figure skating here but it was called Shove Park Ice Skating Rink then! In winter of 2016 I brought my then 4-year old Daughter here for Learn to Skate Lessons. She loved it & the rink was gorgeous.
Never skated there but the place is clean. There are warmers above the sitting area. I have yet to see the concession open but again have not been there for skating or for a game just for baseball practice when the ice is not there. the price for skating is reasonable, $5 with skates $3 if you have your own...
