My grandson had his birthday party there yesterday. The food was ordered while they were bowling. After bowling the kids food was brought at least 20 mins after the adults. They completely shut down the cafe so no one could even order a drinknThey lady in the cafe was very rude. I think maybe they were short staffed, but knowing there were 2 parties, adequate staff should have been added.
We had a great time! Customer service was great, the facility was really clean, and the arcade was small but fun (a couple of machines were jammed with coins).nWill definitely come again! Loved the summer dollar days deal!
Spent the day with my grands and had a great time. Staff was very friendly!!!

We really enjoyed ourselves they have cops on premises so there is no worries about trouble. They do have a rule no children without an adult. They said because parents would drop kids off on the weekend and it's just to easy for them to leave with anyone else. So for everyones safety and well being the children under age 16 has to be with an adult. The atmosphere was great they have a bar inside the bowling alley which you can go order some beer and bring it out to the table at bowling alley. They have a game room with several pool tables too which was nice for a change up. There is a jukebox also. Real recommend

Very family-oriented with a great ambience. Very updated technology for serious bowlers, but friendly enough of an atmosphere for the amateur. Highly recommend getting your family out to shamrock bowling center. Jim P.
