Safari Nation High Point

Went to my granddaughter's 3rd birthday party. They have play areas for toddlers and big kids. The party rooms are a nice size. They have snacks for sale and games where you can earn tickets to trade for trinkets. It was pretty cool. Our hostess was amazing. She helped us with every question and every need.

We had my 4 year old’s party here today. The booking process was so simple and informative. I felt so at ease from start to finish! The staff here is absolutely amazing and so friendly and helpful. They really think of everything (even down to providing a lighter in the party room)! My son had such a wonderful day thanks to this fun venue and the staff!

Today was my sons 4th birthday party, and I will never use safari nation again. I called and asked about my reservation and they confirmed that they had the color green wrote down and that I could only have 10 minutes to decorate with my stuff. I also asked when they ordered their pizzas so I could make sure mine was ready at the same time. They told me they would be ready at 2:15, I got there and they literally made me wait till right at 10 minutes to get in the room (I saw other families that got in while the members were cleaning from prior parties) then i get in the room and they didn’t have any of the green things out. So the 10 minutes I did have pushed me further back, and had my guest watch me set everything up. I was given the room with no instructions. They didn’t give me the juice boxes till 20 minutes before my party was over and the pizza got there with 30 minutes left in the room. You only get one hour in the room. I’m thankful I had juice and pizza for the kids or we would have literally been sitting there till half way when the room time was over. My child’s name wasn’t wrote on the door for my guests to even know where to go. There was signs on the table telling me to tip my party attended but I had no attended the whole time- I was even told that an attendant came with my package- I had no one helping the whole time. When I asked about it, they said I had to request one and that no one would really be in there much anyways. The staff were very rude and acted like we were a bother. When you spend almost 400 dollars, I expect so much more. I have had several parties at other facilities, and will definitely use those. It was embarrassing to me, and even some of the people at the party that are members of safari nation. We will not be back.

Fist time visit on Jan. 28, 2023. Granddaughter and myself had a great time. Very clean, and staff was very pleasant to interact with. Nice place to have a child's birthday party. Definitely will bring them again for a day of family fun.

Very quiet, no other kids when we went. It was very nice. Awesome to have all that space and play area to yourself for 2 hours❤.
