This is always a pretty spot. Today the fountain was on and there were many small, extra small kids and some moms enjoying. We walked down to the river and spotted some needlefish in the shallow water. There was a nice breeze which was quite welcome as Temps were already in the 90's. I like to come after dark when you can see the lights on the water.
Nice area to relax and see the boats. There is a cool fountain for kids to run through. Especially needed in the heat this summer. There are bathrooms available and plenty of free parking.nMy only complaint is that there is a ripe smell of feces coming from the right side of the building at the entrance. This building houses the restrooms and I assume the septic needs to be emptied. Everything is wonderful.

We stopped to eat and saw this little park not far from the restaurant actually on the same street. It has parking the entrance has a gate they close. Located just before you enter are the restrooms and a soft drink machine , soon as you enter there is a children fountain pad area for them to get wet. We went on a Sunday the sign said it shuts off 3 pm. They have benches for the parents to sit. This park is on the Indian river waterway, there is a small dock for fishing or just watching the boats traffic. If you bring your small children beware the dock doesn't have any fencing you can just walk right off and into the water. The park is small a nice walk after a big meal . The photos show the entire park . We enjoyed it for an hour.
This is a great little place right on the river. The splash pad was a lot of fun. There is also a little pier that you can fish from. Check this place out for sure.
