Round1 Bowling & Amusement

Went to wrong 14 the first time with my grandkids and was disrespected violated by one of the employees that worked on top part, and also the supervisor and the Manager was very unprofespecial escorted me out for no reason. Left my minor children's unattended and would not let me go get them. They there were like 2 other parents. Also complaining about the same young lady. That works in the top and the supervisor was not helpful at all. She was very disrespectful to her A manager which did not handle the situation professionally. I couldn't complain to corporate. I am waiting for a phone call. I would never, ever go there or recommend anyone to go there. For the simple fact that the employees, supervisor and manager are out of control, not professional at all. I would love if someone could call me. So I can really explain the whole situation to them. Because I don't think that they should have an employee like that or supervisor or even a manager. That's very unprofessional to the customers. Who are the ones that are bringing in the money? At the end I was asked for my ID by the police so that I be band from the place for a yr like I committed a crime.

Went with the Cub scouts and enjoyed a few hours of bowling. I had never been to this place, and I can't wait to come back. They had so many things to do!!! Pool, karaoke, batting, trampoline, tennis, arcade games,..... I will return with my husband to have a date night. Can't comment on food or drinks as we didn't have anything, but the bathroom was really clean. We went on a Tuesday evening and it was quiet!

There's so much to do! I can see it being pricey for a family, though. The arcade is mostly modern games. There's no classic games like Pac-Man. There's a ton of claw machines with toys from Japan and a lot of Japanese rhythm games. They also have bowling, billiards, karaoke, and a bar.

We came for a birthday party and it was a DREADFUL experience. First, the escalator did not work and there was no other way to access the 2nd floor. Safety hazard. The activities were poorly organized and staff had no idea how to direct us. There has got to be a better way to organize for a familys celebration. Very disappointed

Love the setup and all the games. It is very spacious, and every inch is filled with fun. Bowling, arcade games, prize centers, and a concession stand with a bar. Great place for kids and adults.
