Romp n’ Roll Wethersfield

I brought my 18m and 6 month old. I was struggling managing both. No one seemed to care or help. Most of the parents seemed to have their noses in the air along with the class instructor. She sang a song and didn't bother to help the new comers through it. We were just suppose to know what to do I guess. Also the doors inside of the play area had no locks. My child kept trying to escape through the doors. Overall not a great experience.

We do the classes on Saturdays and open play during the week and I love it. It’s great to be around a variety of kids and have my son get used to it. The play area is great and I wish I had one at home! Ms Olivia is great and very educational as well. This past Saturday we had a new teacher and she was so sweet and compassionate as well. Definitely recommend. Parents don’t worry it’s weird at first cause it’s new but everyone’s welcoming.

My daughter had her 2nd birthday party here and it was the best day. We were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff is. We have never taken her to Romp N' Roll before so we didn't know what to expect, but we were extremely happy with how the party went. The staff was attentive, participated with all of the kids, and all had positive attitudes. The activities I chose were so much fun. The bounce house was a huge hit as well! The staff helped us throughout the evening with every last detail from unloading our cars, setting up the party room, serving pizza to everyone and cleaning up at the end of the night. This place is a MUST for young children's birthday parties. All of our family and friends complimented how much fun it was. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

We had my son’s 4th birthday party here and it was incredible!! The kids had an absolute blast, the activities were beautifully coordinated and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this facility for a child’s birthday, 1-6 years old. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I love bringing my son to romp n roll. He also loves it. Unfortunately, I came upon a difficult financial situation and when I was auto billed for a membership and requested a refund, they said no. I can sort of understand that, because it was my fault for not canceling when the auto pay failed initially. It sucks, but I get it. Then the owner said I had to use the classes in the next two weeks.nnThe classes don't roll over from billing cycle to billing cycle, and you can't schedule classes until your bill is paid for the month. So to insist that I use 4 classes between 12/15 and 12/28 when I paid on 12/15 for a monthly membership is extremely predatory.nnI was looking forward to bringing my son back to romp and roll when I could afford to resume paying for the classes. Knowing that this is how they treat families going through a hard time, I will have to think long and hard about whether or not the benefit my son gets from their wonderful classes is worth giving an owner with no empathy $20-$30 per clas, which we might not even get to use.
