Rockin’ Jump San Dimas Reviews
The staff member with the key to open doors was 15 minutes late. Glass doors were filthy, as was the carpeting inside. The staff was very friendly and quick to get everyone checked in. The bathroom was clean.
Well this was one of my first time being at a trampoline park, and I would say that it was a good experience overall. We went during one of their specials on Saturday from 10 am to 12, where kids would be half off, and where the parents can join for free. The only thing I wish they would have told me was that we needed grip socks. If you have any, make sure that you do bring them or you will end up buying them each for $4 a pair.nnThey had a few rooms, with dodgeball areas foam pit area, a basketball hoop area but only one hoop, and a foam pit to jump in. I just wished that there was a bit more upkeep, because you could see that it was not very clean in multiple places, as some people brought drinks that was not just water which will cause the floor to be sticky. You can see that some of the dodgeballs were also starting for fall apart.nnThe lockers they have are free, so that was a positive, but the arcade area is quite expensive. They give you the option to use your credit card but you would end up having to play a few games and not just one.nnLike I said regardless it was a decent experience, but if I didn’t come during the discount time and paid full price, i may have some different thoughts.
Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. My son said foam got in his eye from the cheaply made foam pit. We came because of a Groupon but won’t be back.
This place thought this through. The exterior is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a different state. Inside not only will you find the traditional jumping activities for the kiddos but also massage chairs and sports for parents. We went on a Sunday and of course football was the name of the game. Fathers had several options for football games. In addition they have a party room to enjoy a good birthday party. I had a Groupon which helped because I took my nieces with me. Using the Groupon was very easy and well worth me saving over $20.
The staff here are amazing! They were able to accommodate my large group for Open Jump and were very helpful and patient with all my kiddos. Areas were clean and well supervised.nIt was a bit hot inside, I know some of that is inevitable with indoor jumping, but some of my kids had to sit out for overheating.nI will definitely look into booking a party next time around or look into their fundraising options!
