They have published hours and when you get there the door says something else. Very disappointing the hours that I signed up for aren’t what they actually have!!!!!
Use to be a nice place.. now it's dirty and run by money hungry scumbags.. canceled my membership and I was told there is a 30-day notice needed to cancel a membership... Seriously? So now, even though it's only halfway through the month I'm going to be charged the rest of this month and also for next month.. f the Y and the scumbags that run it
Staff (Cori) was very rude when I asked if they could charge my card so i can go workout saying she can't drop what she's doing to accommodate my needs while she signed me in when all i did was simply asked if she could. Charged me a full day day pass even tho they were closing in 40 minutes. Saying it's not her fault that i decided to come around that time.
Great place and great gym but that room with all the treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals gets sooooooo hot in the Summer. Just unbearable for workouts.
The Staff was great. They were very helpful.
