This place was great. My boy loved everything except the bouncy stuff 😩😂nI think all the bouncyness was too much for him. Other than that he enjoyed the arcade games and loved his decorationsnThe staff was great and very helpful

We paid for a glow party and was not provided with that. We went into arena A and there were no glow options whatsoever, I’m arena b only thing that glowed were the dots on the floor because not all the kids were given glow accessories. The party room itself was not equipped with glow anything so we should be refunded for the glow portion. Everything we requested they did not have. Asked for a lighter for the candles, young lady said she would go get it and never came back after 10 minutes we went to find her seated at the front desk with the young man working there for them to tell us they don’t have lighters. Asked for a speaker for the party room same thing happened the young lady disappeared and never came back had to go find her once again seated at the front. All they did was set up the decorations that I brought in and then disappeared. No welcome happy birthday song, no signs nothing. We served our own cake and goody bags because they were once again nowhere to be found. Overall I wouldn’t recommend unless you really want to use the facility itself but expect to do everything yourself. For $800 you expect much better service which they did not provide. As well as there were supposed to be photos taken and you guess it, not a single photo was taken by staff members as they were all seated in the staff room.

It's been years since the last party we had at this place & will not be returning. $450 for 10 kids for 2 hours (pizza&drinksincl). The 1st room was boring. The kids were quickly finished w the one or 2 jump houses they had in there. There were some games in there that were $2 & I ended paying for those cause the kids were bored.nThey also became thristy so I went to the front counter & was able to purchase a 2 litter & get cups for the kids to drink.nnThe next room they enjoyed more but didn't have much time in there before going to the room to eat.nOur party hostess was so boring! She was quiet, didnt have any energy/hostess vibe didn't manage the room nor our group well. I asked her 2x if she could turn on some music & she said she was going to connect the Bluetooth. Never happened!nnThe room was COLD! dark & quiet!. All the parties I've been to here, they'd have the TV on, the hostess would take charge w the kids, etc. All she did was serve the pizza.nnShe had all the kids to line up for the cupcakes which made no sense cause they had to carefully take them back to the tables & sit down without dropping them.nnShe didn't clean the pizza crusts before serving the cupcakes & trash off the tables. Another mom did that.nWe still tipped her $20.nn2 young guys just sitting at the front telling you to sign waivers . No one checked on us & asked how things were, did you need anything. Nothing.nPlace has gone down hill. Trash cups & bottles scattered about in the 2nd room.nWill NOT return.

The staff was super nice. However this location needs some new equipment. The blow up jumpers look old and worn out. Some were taped up and had air linking out of most of the blow ups. They didn't seem fully inflated. My son had to pretty much walk himself down some of the slides. Blow ups were dusty. They also had way too much storage placed around the play area that anyone could see. But despite all of that all the kids seem to have a good time. But they need to do a better job at this location.

Less than one star. I had my daughter's birthday party here and it was so disappointing. Very dirty, dusty,nwear and tear on the inflatables, trash everywhere and teenagers hanging in the employee room instead of working and helping. My guests had to help me serve the kids and move them from room to room. Music didn't work and bubble machine wasn't working either. One room looked like a storage facility.
