The planning was made easy through online ordering, they were very helpful and responsive when I needed to change the package. They were very helpful with decorating the room with decorations I had. Pizza was great. All the kids had a great time.
We had our son’s birthday here last month. He has special needs and they we’re understanding and kind. They were accommodating to our needs. We appreciate that because it unfortunately doesn’t happen everywhere. Thank you for letting us enjoy ourselves and for your kindness. We love Pump it Up!

Pump It Up is a great place for birthday parties! Planning the party was very easy. The staff answered all questions and concerns that I had and helped tremendously. The establishment is clean and safe. I like the private parties because it is just you and your guests in the room playing. The girls that helped with the party served the cake and helped with the gifts. They definitely took some of the stress off of me. Thank you Pump It Up for helping my princess to have a wonderful birthday!!!
