Pump It Up Blackwood Kids Birthdays and More

I cannot recommend Pump It Up if Blackwood enough! We had such a great party from start to end. Teresa was with us in the bounce rooms and was super attentive making sure all of our guests were playing safe and having fun. She kept all our little wild children engaged the whole time! Once in the party room, Ian and Bree were fabulous. The presents were displayed nicely, our cake was handled with care and the kids loved the special entrance for my girls! Super professional staff and organization all around. Extremely happy.

Terrific place. Been there a couple times, always fun. But had our daughter's 7th birthday party there today. They were great! Kids had a blast and the crew at Pump It Up made sure of it! Play/bounce time was great. They even added a few things I didn't expect - tug of war was a big hit. We added on the balloon drop which seemed a bit steep but the kids loved it and my daughter specifically told me afterwards how much she enjoyed that part!nStaff was terrific and they clearly know how to run these parties and make sure the kids have a great time!nHighly, highly recommend for bday parties and just their open jump time. My wife and I have mentioned several times this evening how easy the party was for us.

Incredible experience here! Shirley is amazing and attentive. She helped us plan the perfect birthday part for our 7yr old in a week turn around time! Her staff was friendly and accommodating. Charley our party manager was great with the kids and super patient. Our sons had a blast! They cant wait to have another party there!

We had my sons 7th birthday party here at the Blackwood location today. This party was absolutely amazing and worth every penny.nnI shopped around before deciding to have his party here and let’s be real- kids birthday parties are expensive. They are expensive everywhere. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision to have his party here. I truly feel it was well worth the money. My son was all smiles as were all of his friends.nnWhat sold me initially with pump it up was that you get the most PLAY for your buck. I liked the 80 minutes of play and 40 minutes in the party room because let’s face it, the kids are most interested in playing. Many of the other places I looked at had a 50/50 split between play and party room. 40 minutes in the party room was just enough time without being too much time and the kids loved watching all the pictures as they ate that the staff had taken while they were in the play rooms. It was such a nice touch!nnI also enjoy that they don’t charge for adults! We could have as many as we wanted! My sons grandparents and family friends without kids were able to come be apart of his special day with no additional charge to get in.nnAt pump it up you have the ability to enjoyed customize your own party. There was a huge selection of add ons. We chose to add the balloon drop and let me tell you, the balloon drop is a MUST!! The kids literally had the time of their lives and it was a very magical element that I know my son will always remember.nnFrom start to finish the pump it up staff knocked it out of the park. Shirley walked me through everything prior to my party date and answered all of my questions. There were no surprise charges on my bill. I knew exactly where I was at with cost the entire time.nnI can’t stress enough how wonderful this party was for my son and his friends and family. Everything ran so smoothly and it was completely stress free. I never once felt frazzled like I do when I have the kids parties at home. The staff handled everything. They were detail oriented, friendly, professional, and 100% on point with time management and smooth transitions from room to room.nnIf I could give our birthday party experience here 10 stars I would. All of our guests had an absolute blast and it was such a magical day for my son.

I did my son 4th birthday! Everything went smoothly from the time we got in until check out. The staff was amazing! They made it so much fun and exciting. My son is autistic and he enjoyed the ballon drop. They have games the kids can play and the waiting room is a toy/ candy land for kids! I can’t express how amazing our experience was. I give them a 10 out of 10!
