This gym is AMAZING! Offers so much. All the weight training equipment, fun classes like Zumba, Spin, Strong, and yoga. Love it!!
A full service gym. Amazing trainers, group fitness instructors, grill with meal plans and a spa too. Everything you need and more for your fitness goals. We love it there!
I started my membership today, fair price and I got a student discount. If you are looking for a gym in the hurricane teays valley area, this is the best one! It's huge, many different rooms. It's incredibly clean. The locker rooms are clean, big and they have saunas and working showers. Very pleased and will be coming here for years to come. Staff is very kind too!

I have been a member of Power Up for about a month now and I've met some of the coolest, down to earth people I've ever met. The amenities are top notch, and everytime I walk into this gym, I feel like I'm lifting weights with the Lou Ferrigno's, Ronnie Coleman's, and the Arnold Schwarzenegger's of the world.
